  • Promoting and protecting the rights, freedoms and values of the individuals we support;
  • Recognizing and validating the inherent strengths within families and communities;
  • Collaborating with people to direct their own lives;
  • Engaging the community to welcome all people, and;
  • Promoting opportunities for all people to contribute to the community.
