Supported Independent Living (S.I.L.) Program established. |

Phase I of 5 Year Plan Residential expansion (4 new group
homes opened). ARC Pine closed. Basic Alternatives to Sheltered
Employment (B.A.S.E.) Program established. |

Phase II of 5 Year Plan Residential expansion (4 new group
homes opned). Lifeskills expansion. |

Name change to Ajax-Pickering and Whitby Association of
Community Living. |
1996 |
Environmental Youth Program Established. |

Community Participation Program Launched. |
2003 |
Name change to Community Living Ajax-Pickering and Whitby
to co-ordinate purpose and mission with those of other Community
Living Associations in Ontario. Community Participation Program
Expansion. |

Association introduces Personal Outcome Measures as a quality
of service benchmark. |
