The Host Family Program is a program where an individual with a developmental disability/dual diagnosis lives with a host and/or family that is not their biological family. The host family provides accommodation and supports to the individual and is reimbursed.
The program is funded by The Ministry of Children, Community and Social Services (MCCSS) through individualized funding.
