Community Connections provides inclusive recreational and social opportunities for people with developmental disabilities. Our team is committed to creating experiences that foster personal growth, build confidence, and support overall well-being.
Programs are offered in both group and personalized formats, tailored to each person’s goals and interests. Supports are available during daytime hours, evenings, and weekends, giving people flexibility to participate in ways that fit their lifestyle.
Every activity is designed to encourage friendships, build skills, and promote meaningful participation in the community.

Admission Criteria
Eligibility for Community Connections is determined by the Ministry of Children, Community and Social Services (MCCSS).
To participate, people must:
- Meet eligibility through Developmental Services Ontario (DSO)
- Demonstrate safe and respectful behaviours
- Use the washroom with minimal support
- Eat meals independently
- Ensure their own transportation to and from the program
