Surplus Goods and Equipment
From time to time, CLAPW may identify equipment, furniture, or other goods as surplus. These items may be:

Submitting Invoices
To help ensure timely processing and payment, invoices submitted to Community Living Ajax-Pickering and Whitby (CLAPW) must include the following information:
- Legal name: Community Living Ajax-Pickering and Whitby
- Bill To: CLAPW’s full mailing address, along with the name of the CLAPW employee who placed the order or requested the goods or services
- Purchase order number: Include the purchase order number, if one was provided
- GST/HST registration number: Include your GST/HST registration number when applicable
For products being shipped to a specific CLAPW location, or services provided at a specific facility or site, please include the applicable facility or location details in the “Ship To” section of the invoice.
